Disabled Bathroom Adaptation Works

For many years our company has specialised in adapting properties to suit disabled persons using our expertise in technical and practical solutions to provide refitted shower rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and adapted access areas.

Energy Performance Certificates

All newly rented properties must have an Energy Performance Certificate. This document states the energy efficiency of a property based on the standardised way in which the building is used and is valid for up to 10 years. Boland Jarrett (Edinburgh) Ltd are accredited to provide domestic EPCs you may require in the Edinburgh and Lothian area and can manage the process from start to finish, including:

• Liaising with the landlord or agent to arrange appointment.
• Visiting the property and carrying out the required survey.
• Calculating and producing the EPC with its accompanying report, to pass to the landlord or agent.
• Recommendations are made in the report on how to improve the energy efficiency of the house.
